On the hair removal front, both Nad’s and Moom have created formulas that are as efficient as wax, but are natural and pain free. Moom Botanical Hair Remover uses sugar that removes hair from the roots without sticking to the skin. It also removes dead skin cells and contains lemon and tea tree oil for their anti-inflamatory and antiseptic properties.

Nad’s Hair removal works on a similar premise but uses honey. Both Nad’s and Moom prevent in-growing hairs, and are suitable for all over body hair, including the face.

A new Mintel report claims new trends are emerging that indicate men are finally embracing the idea of more sophisticated grooming concepts. Newly launched in August 2004 was Moom’s M4Men range, a product born out of the increasing number of male athletes using natural hair removal. The added ingredients, aloe vera and boswella, tackle the issue of tougher male hair with stronger anti-inflamatory properties.
