Facial Waxing
For the face, it is not necessary to warm MOOM, it can be used straight out of the jar. The purpose of warming MOOM is to make it pliable and easily spreadable. Since the areas being MOOMed on the face are small, it is easy to spread MOOM even if it is cold.
Clean & dry area well & apply talc sparingly if perspiring. Afterwards soothe & cool area with ice cube.
To help keep the skin taut for the upper lip area, it is helpful to keep lips taut over teeth or push your tongue against the inside of your lip in the area you are MOOMing.
After placing the strip on top, be careful not to press down on the fabric. Instead, rub rapidly two to three times. The more contact you maintain with the fabric strip, the more heat from your hand will cause the MOOM to seep through making it sticky.
For very coarse, stray hairs on the chin and upper lip, thoroughly immerse the hair in MOOM by applying a small glob to the single hair.
